Detailed description : Accommodation comprises of an open plan lounge/diner, with comfortable seating for 6 people, wrought iron dining table & chairs, double aspect patio doors onto an arched veranda. Digiturk satellite TV & DVD player are provided. The kitchen is fully fitted and very spacious, gas hob & cooker hood, electric oven with grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster & kettle are provided. There is also a large utility room with 2nd sink & automatic washing machine, ironing board & clothes airer. A downstairs cloakroom completes the ground floor, which is marbled throughout. Wide marble stairs with wrought iron railings lead to the upper floor, with 3 bedrooms. The master double bedroom has an ensuite showeroom, double aspect windows one with balcony and sea & mountain views. Bedroom 2 is a double aspect with double bed & balcony. Bedroom 3 is twin bedded. All have large fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. There is a large family bathroom. Outside, there is a 30x14 ft roman ended private pool with steps and night lights. Garden table and chairs and sunbeds are provided for the terraced areas. Everything you need has been provided except beach towels. Bed linen changed weekly and Welcome food pack are provided.

Living area : Tv,satellite, dvd player, double aspect slideing doors on to a marble area overlooking the front garden
Dining area : large wooden table with 6 chairs, leading to the kitchen
Bathroom(s) : Large bathroom,large bath, with shower.
Bedroom(s) : Bed 1 is ensuite, with double bed,one balcony which has SEA AND MOUNTAIN views, Bed 2 is a double aspect with double bed and balcony which has Mountain views. Bed 3 is twin bedded, all have large fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans
Outside : The Large Garden has lots of local trees and plants, a nice BBQ area,PRIVATE POOL with lights, The garden has sun all day, but there are places of shade also all day
