Detailed Property Information
Detailed description : Each apartment is privately owned. Each is differently furnished and equipped according to the owners taste. Our Pueblo is perfect for families, of which many return year after year. Within our village, called the Pueblo Esparragos, (The village of Wild Asparagus) we have 2 large pools both of which have separate childrens pools; The 'Wild Asparagus Restaurant' and the 'Bunch of Grapes' pub both serve good and delicious evening meals and have a childrens menu. Often a party breaks out especially after an evening of special entertainment. The pools have their own bars and both serve excellent snacks and lunches all day. There are free sun-beds around the pools for sunbathing and there is plenty of shade if you prefer. Also within the Pueblo there is a same day laundry service in the 'Pueblo Laundry' and a 'Corner Shop' for buying your basics. You can leave your shopping list and it will be delivered the next day.
General description : Each apartment has its own furnished terrace, most with a view to the bay and village.
Kitchen area : The studio apartments have an American bar type kitchen with oven, hob and fridge. Some have a microwave oven.
Living area : The studio apartments have the lounge and bedroom incorporated, some with a double bed and some with twin beds.

Resort description : There is a 5 minute walk into Cala Llonga. This is a small friendly village, with shops and restaurants, a chemist and a doctors surgery and plenty of entertainment for adults and children. A few minutes further walking will bring you to the large sandy beach that leads gently and gradually into the sea, making it safe and fun for children. A bus or ferry ride away is our nearest town of St Eulalia, where there is always plenty going on. From here you can take a bus or ferry to anywhere on the Island. We have lots of wonderful scenic walks or bike rides, snorkelling and scuba diving, horse riding, golf and nearby in St Eulalia there are plenty of water sports and boat chartering.

Booking conditions : The prices quoted are in euros and include the 8% Spanish VAT tax. The pound equivalent will vary according to the rate of exchange. The price is per apartment and includes mid -week maid service, linen, bath and hand towels, but not beach/pool towels. As is the custom with holiday accommodation, the apartments are available from 14.00 hours on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12.00 midday on the day of departure. If your flights do not coincide with these times we will try to arrange alternative accommodation whilst you wait to either move in or vacate. This is not always possible. To confirm a booking, 25% of the total apartment rental will be requested as a deposit, payable by bank transfer to ‘Pims Holidays’, or by credit card(there is a 2% charge on this). This amount will be deducted from your final payment. The balance will be due on arrival. Please remember that we work in Euros, and what you pay in pounds will depend on the rate of exchange prevailing. You can pay in either sterling or euros, cash or travellers cheques. If you prefer to pay the balance prior to your arrival, this can also be done by bank transfer or credit card. If you have any queries you can contact us by e-mail, fax or telephone.
