Detailed description : Chateau #83 - One of a kind. Pure Luxury. This bespoke 2-bedroom 2-bath high bank vacation home has it all! Architecturally designed, every room offers magnificent views of Silver Lake The 1st floor features a living room with a gas fireplace, a gourmet kitchen, and a spacious dining area that are all open to each other. The 1st floor also includes one bedroom with 1-queen bed and one full bath. Upstairs, the master bedroom includes 1-queen size bed and offers a great soaker tub ( the bedroom!) with a spectacular view of Silver Lake. A 3/4 bath is included as well. Outside, there is a full length deck with a gas fire ring, a private hot tub, and a propane BBQ...all overlooking the lake! Without a doubt, this is one of the most relaxing getaways that you will ever experience! This vacation property will sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY). The chateau now has landscaped stairs leading down the embankment to an attached dock and swim ladder!

Pricing notes : RATES: Rates for Cabin 83 range from $299.00 to $449.00 per night (depending on the season) USD + tax and one-time non-refundable exit Cleaning Fee, and from $1794.00 to $2694.00 per week USD + plus tax and one-time non-refundable exit Cleaning Fee.

Other Mt. Baker Lodging vacation properties range from $99.00 to $1219.00 per night, and from 594.00 to $8533.00 per week USD + tax and a 1-time non-refundable exit Cleaning Fee.
Booking conditions : RESERVATIONS: Reservations are subject to a 2-night minimum stay during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. The person making the reservations must be at least 23 years of age, ID required at time of check-in. Upon confirmation of reservation from Mt. Baker Lodging (, a packet of information will be sent to the guest with information and directions.

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due-date.
