Detailed description : Due to its location, Shangri La is suitable for any type of holiday •whether it be a family holiday with lots to do for the children, having its own heated swimming pool, within 10 minute drive from the 'entertainment capital of the East' - Great Yarmouth, with its leisure complex's, circus, long sandy beaches, skating rinks, pleasure beach, horse racing for Mum and Dad, also greyhound racing, ten pin bowling etc. •It is also suitable for a romantic getaway, with the beautiful, idyllic North Norfolk coast approximately 25 minutes drive, with long walks, bird watching and other wildlife, watching the seal colonies, taking a boat out on the Broads, or just lazing in the pool. •If you like to explore the countryside, then again, Shangri La is perfectly situated, as there are historic buildings within one hours driving too numerous to mention. There is the beautiful cathedral city of Norwich if you fancy some shopping, then when you return to Shangri La, why not laze in the warm bubbles of the jacuzzi style bath. •There are numerous golf courses within range of the house, from the relatively small golf course in Great Yarmouth, to the Royal Golf course at Cromer only 25 minutes away. •Freshwater fishing lakes are numerous, the closest is 5 minutes drive from the house. Why not try your hand at sea fishing, or be even more adventurous and go out on the sea fishing boats available from Great Yarmouth and Cromer. The house has a large garden to the front of the house, laid mainly to lawn, across the road is a large football pitch with childrens play area. The rear of the house has a large garden again laid mainly to lawn, barbecue, with a large fish pond containing carp, orfe and goldfish, this is perfectly safe for children as it is securely covered over with a safety net. There is a separate pool house, housing a heated pool measuring 25 ft (8 metres) x 15 ft (4.5 metres). Please note we cannot guarantee the pool will be heated from November to April, however we will try! It has a separate large lounge with LCD TV and other equipment, also music centre; a separate hall; a large kitchen fully equipped, including oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave; a separate utility room with washing machine, fridge, freezer and tumble drier; a downstairs cloakroom with wc; a separate sitting room with leather sofa; a large conservatory cum dining room with dining table and chairs to seat 6, also a baby's high chair. Upstairs are 3 double bedrooms, one has a king size bed with full memory foam mattress, the second has a double size bed, the third has 2 twin beds; there is a family bathroom with a wc, separate shower cubicle, a jacuzzi style bath.
General description : The house has a large garden to the front of the house, laid mainly to lawn. The rear of the house has a large lawned garden, barbecue, with a large fish pond securely covered with netting. Also, the pool house with heated pool - size 8.5m x 5 m

Living area : The main lounge is approx. 7m x 4m, with cream leather seating and TV with Sky, DVD etc. Also a sitting room with a leather sofa and TV with freeview.
Dining area : Dining table seats minimum 6 people is situated in large conservatory (approx. 10m x 4m) , which also contains, small snooker table for children, piano, leather armchairs and music system.
Bathroom(s) : Bathroom is approx. 4m x 3m. Contains enclosed shower unit, toilet, sink, and a large jacuzzi style bath.
Bedroom(s) : Shangri La has 3 double sized bedrooms. The main bedroom has king size leather bed with memory foam mattress. The second bedroom has king size iron frame bed. The third bedroom has 2 single beds. All have fitted wardrobes and other cupboards.
Outside : The front of the house has a driveway for 4 cars, also, large garden mainly lawned. Across the road is a community playing field with children play area. Rear garden totally enclosed, mainly lawned, with large fishpond totally secure, also pool house

Resort description : For families, there is Great Yarmouth 'golden mile' leisure complex, circus, entertainment/shows, horse racing, greyhound racing etc. There are the seal colonies at Morston and Blakeney and we are situated in the heart of the Norfolk Broads where access to the unspoilt North Norfolk villages are all within easy reach. For others, there are National Trust properties like Blickling Hall and Fellbrigg Hall only a short drive away. Sheringham Park (National Trust) and Holt Country Park are also a few miles away. Others attractions within driving distance: Sandringham House - residence of the Queen. North Norfolk Railway (Sheringham to Holt via Weybourne Station). Thursford Collection. Muckleburgh Collection (Weybourne). Bird watching in Cley and Salthouse Marshes. The historic cathedral city of Norwich 20 miles away, has all the amenities you would require in any city.
