Detailed description : “CAROMA“ is a Spanish-style, private, detached, 3 bedroom, villa, with its own private swimming pool, a large sun-lounge, two extensive patios, a large Andalisian-style pergola, and a terraced garden.. It is situated on the hillside a few minutes from the beautiful white-painted mountainside village of Mijas. Situated on a high point, 350m above sea level, “CAROMA” enjoys incredibly spectacular 360* views over the Mediterranean, the coast, the surrounding mountains, and (on a clear day) across to North Africa, while enjoying a quiet, entirely private, and rural position.
General description : “Caroma”, is situated on the outer perimeter of a small private “urbanisation” which is now a mature and well-wooded community of individually designed, small, Spanish-rustic-style homes
Kitchen area : The modern KITCHEN has fully fitted peach/beige cupboards and drawer units, electric cooker, sink, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, extractor fan, dishwasher, toaster etc. The kitchen has a fully glazed door onto a rear patio, and the garden.

Bedroom(s) : BEDROOM 1 is a huge peach/cream Air Conditioned master bedroom, with super-king double bed. It has beamed ceilings and windows looking east and south and two south facing patio windows, with mini-balconies, looking across the Mediterranean.
Outside : The SECLUDED GARDEN, is terraced and planted with geraniums, shrubs, cacti, and orange & lemon trees.There is a GARAGE, and ample adjoining parking area (shared with two neighbours).

Resort description : Mijas -“the most beautiful village in Andalucia” - is about 400m above sea level, half way up the side of the Sierra de Mijas. It looks down over the coast, the surrounding hills, and the white-painted villas which characterise this area. The village is a maze of narrow streets, pavement cafes, and white painted cottages, which, together with gardens, churches, and civic buildings, jostle for position on the hillside. Mijas is a popular tourist centre with a variety of shops and quality restaurants. Mijas is reached by a good main road which winds up from the coast; it takes about 25-30 minutes from Malaga airport. While being well away from some of the busier areas of the “Costa”, Mijas is only 15minutes from some lovely sandy beaches, and from the popular resort areas, and facilities along the coast . There are several mini-supermarkets in the village, as well as banks, pharmacies, craft shops and other facilities; larger supermarkets and Dept. stores are about 15 minutes away - and almost everyone speaks English!! Marbella - the centre of the Costa del Sol - is about 30 minutes drive from Mijas
